The Wedding House offers artificial wedding flower hire from our showroom in Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire. Each floral range is a named collection of realistic faux silk flowers. Every one includes an arch, flower balls, runners or table centres in matching colours. Couples across Worcestershire and the West Midlands use them to carry one look from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast.
All our ranges use realistic faux silk flowers. They hold their shape all day, in a hot barn or a cold marquee. We can add fresh flowers, but we don’t recommend it, as they have no water source and may wilt.

These are “from” prices. Adding colours or bespoke changes can cost extra. Aisle, stair and entrance flowers are priced to suit your space. Delivery is free within 20 miles of our Droitwich Spa showroom.
You can add colours to any range, but we can’t remove the colours already in it. You can also mix pieces from different ranges. For a fully bespoke palette, start with the Ellie Foliage Range and we’ll add flowers in your chosen colours.

Amber is a premium autumnal range of hydrangeas and roses in burgundy, brown and rust. It will include smaller table arrangements and flower runners for welcome signs, stairs, top tables and entrances. It suits mocha, chocolate, burgundy and rust fabrics.
Halle is a natural-looking pink range, from soft blush to medium pink, with plenty of realistic foliage. It complements Jasmine with a fresher, foliage-led feel. Pieces will include an arch, flower balls, runners, floor flowers and ceremony flowers.
Olivia is a premium, fashion-led range in cream, pink and burgundy. It features high-end hydrangeas and roses, with smaller table centres that still look luxurious. Olivia is due by March 2027.

Our floral ranges sit alongside the rest of our wedding decor hire. Flower Wall Hire is £175, plus £50 for a neon sign. Mesh Hoops are £195 and take floral dressing well. Finish the room with Chair Decor, Ceiling Decor or LOVE Letter Hire. Floral Pillars, Plinths and Urns and Table Centrepieces and Stands also pair with every range.

We can, but we don’t recommend it. Fresh stems in our arrangements have no water source, so they can wilt during the day. We suggest adding faux flowers in your chosen colours instead.

As soon as you’ve secured your venue. Some of our floral ranges book up a year in advance, and popular dates go early. Most couples book 9–18 months ahead, but we can work to any timescale. The best first step is a free consultation, whatever your date.
Yes! We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your ideas, budget, and vision. This helps us create a tailored proposal just for you. We hold these at our showroom in Droitwich, Worcestershire. Yes. Our team takes care of everything. We will communicate directly with your venue, wedding planner or coordinator and get the best delivery plan possible in place. We’ll deliver, set up before your event, and return to dismantle afterwards, so you can focus on celebrating. We will always set up the day prior if there is access to your venue. If not, don’t worry we love an early start!
Depending on the complexity of your decor, setup can take anywhere from 2–6 hours. We’ll coordinate directly with your venue to ensure everything is ready on time. We will bring all the equipment required such as ladders and we are fully insured for all set ups.
Yes, we cover a wide range of locations. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance from our base. You can see some of the venues we have worked with before.
Pricing depends on the size of your wedding, chosen decor items, and level of customisation. We provide detailed quotes after your consultation. We have no minimum spend. We also offer packages which can really help when it comes to planning.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit is 25%, a further 50% is payable 6 months prior and the last 25% is 4 weeks prior to your wedding which allows for any number changes.
If you are not ready to visit for a full quote but know you really want us to be your stylists, we do a hold your date fee of £200 which comes off your total quote.
We always aim to create beautiful setups that suit your budget—whether big or small, having no minimum spend allows you to book and spend what you want.
We’re flexible! Adjustments can be made up to 4 weeks before your wedding. We’ll have meetings which allow you to make tweaks and changes.
We’ll do our best to accommodate new dates, depending on availability. If you need to change your date please contact us.
Yes, we are fully insured for peace of mind for both you and your venue. We have all the required PAT testing and Public liability insurance. They can be provided to you or direct to your venue upon request.
