Our team lays the panels, connects the floor and checks that every section lights up before your guests use it. We come back to take it up at a time agreed with you and your venue. If your venue is more than 20 miles away, we will quote for delivery.

This helps when you use one room for dining and dancing. Once the tables are moved, we install the floor while your DJ or band sets up. Let us know your running order when you book, and we will agree the timing with your venue coordinator.

Yes, the floor is built from panels, so we can remove some or lay it longer and narrower.

That helps in period rooms and function rooms that are not square. For a floor larger than 16ft x 16ft, we add a second floor from the multiple floors we hold. Layouts other than the standard 16ft x 16ft are priced on application.

Carpeted function rooms, marquee flooring and outdoor spaces all differ. Tell us what the floor will sit on and, if possible, send a photo of the space. We will confirm whether it is suitable before you book.

Summer Saturdays are the busiest dates for wedding dance floor hire. Our payment schedule is built around booking more than six months ahead. We hold more than one floor, so it is still worth asking if your date is closer.

Yes, our LED dance floors are PAT tested, and public liability insurance is in place for every booking.

Most venues ask electrical suppliers for both before they allow set-up. We can send our insurance certificate straight to your venue coordinator. We have installed dance floors at venues including The Bank House Hotel, Curradine Barns and Hogarths Stone Manor.

A 25% deposit secures your date. A further 50% is due six months before your wedding, and the final 25% is due one month before. This spreads the cost of your dance floor hire across your planning. We confirm each payment date in writing when you book.
