Our team lays the panels, connects the floor and checks that every section lights up before your guests use it. We come back to take it up at a time agreed with you and your venue. Beyond 20 miles, delivery is £150 on orders under £700.

As a guide, a 16ft x 16ft floor suits 100 to 125 guests.

Up to 60 guests need about 12ft x 12ft, and 150 to 200 need about 20ft x 20ft. Over 125 guests, we join floors, up to 24ft x 32ft. Your room matters as much as your numbers, so we recommend a size for your venue.

Every one of our LED dance floors needs two standard 13A sockets.

Check with your venue that two sockets are available near where the floor will go. Hotel function rooms and barns usually have fixed socket positions, so it is worth asking early. If you are unsure, tell us about your venue and we will help you check.

This helps when you use one room for dining and dancing. Once the tables are moved, we install the floor while your DJ or band sets up. Let us know your running order when you book, and we will agree the timing with your venue coordinator.

Yes, it is built from 2ft x 2ft and 2ft x 4ft panels, so we can lay squares or rectangles.

That helps in period rooms and function rooms that are not square. For a floor larger than 16ft x 16ft, we join panels from our three floors, up to 24ft x 32ft. Layouts other than the standard 16ft x 16ft are priced on application.

We can lay the floor on carpet, wooden floors and other solid, level surfaces.

We can’t lay it on grass, because of the moisture. In a marquee, it needs a solid floor. Tell us what the floor will sit on, and send a photo if you can, so we can confirm before you book.

Summer Saturdays are the busiest dates for wedding dance floor hire. Our payment schedule is built around booking more than six months ahead. We hold three floors, so it is still worth asking if your date is closer.

Yes, our LED dance floors are PAT tested, and public liability insurance is in place for every booking.

Most venues ask electrical suppliers for both before they allow set-up. We can send our insurance certificate straight to your venue coordinator. We have installed dance floors at venues including The Bank House Hotel, Curradine Barns and Hogarths Stone Manor.

A 25% deposit secures your date. A further 50% is due six months before your wedding, and the final 25% is due 28 days before. This spreads the cost of your dance floor hire across your planning. We confirm each payment date in writing when you book.
