Our artificial silk flower walls are 2.4 metres wide by 2.4 metres tall — fully installed, professionally finished, and built to be the backdrop every photographer heads to first. Hire is £175, or £225 with a neon sign. Installation and collection are included, and delivery is free within 20 miles of Droitwich Spa.
We have five flower walls, each made from realistic artificial silk flowers, densely layered so no backing shows. Each wall is designed to complement one of our floral ranges, so your backdrop can match your arch and table flowers.

Each wall is a free-standing 2.4m by 2.4m panel system. It does not need to lean against a wall or attach to the venue. It can be positioned anywhere with a flat, level surface — at the end of an aisle, behind the top table, beside a dance floor, or as a dedicated photo backdrop in a separate area of your reception. The blooms hold their shape and colour throughout a full event day, which is one reason our couples and their photographers consistently prefer artificial to fresh.
Every flower wall hire from The Wedding House includes full delivery to your venue across Worcestershire and the West Midlands. Our team installs the wall on arrival — typically 30 to 45 minutes — and returns to collect at the end of your event or the following morning.
All equipment is covered by our full public liability insurance. Documentation is available for your venue on request. Prices are fully all-inclusive. There are no mileage charges within our standard service area.
We can position the wall for your ceremony and reposition it for your reception if your venue layout allows. Confirm this at booking and we will plan the logistics with your venue coordinator directly.

Positioned behind the registrar or officiant, a flower wall works with every scheme — from a simple civil ceremony to a fully dressed room. Stone and timber barn settings in particular suit the contrast of soft flowers against natural materials.
Top Table or Sweetheart Table Backdrop
A flower wall directly behind your top table becomes the visual anchor of your wedding breakfast. Every guest in the room faces it. Every photograph from the front of the room includes it.

From the evening reception onwards, a flower wall positioned near the bar or entrance becomes the most-used backdrop in the room. Guests gravitate to it. It consistently produces the highest number of individual couple and group photographs of any hire item we supply.
First Dance Backdrop
Positioned behind the dance floor, the wall frames your first dance from every angle. Combined with our LED Dance Floor Hire, it creates a natural performance space that photographs cleanly from the front or side.
Our flower wall works on any level indoor surface. It is equally suited to a converted Worcestershire barn as to a grand hotel ballroom or a fully lined marquee.
Flower walls read particularly well against exposed stone and timber. At barn venues across Worcestershire the wall tends to be positioned against the longest stone wall or at the head of the ceremony aisle where the existing architecture gives it something to work with. Couples also book our flower walls for weddings at Foxtail Barns in Staffordshire.
In formal hotel function rooms the wall adds organic texture against painted or papered walls. It is frequently used at sweetheart table position, where the room’s existing symmetry gives it a clean, balanced placement.
The free-standing frame works on any level boarded marquee floor. We allow additional set-up time for marquees where the floor surface is slightly uneven. Not suitable for direct grass.
Period interiors suit a soft, neutral flower wall such as our Victoria wall. Its green and white palette does not compete with ornate plasterwork or grand fireplaces — it sits alongside them.

Yes. Full-day hire is designed for exactly this. We install the wall before your ceremony, and it can be repositioned during the wedding breakfast into your evening reception area ready for photographs later in the day. We plan the repositioning logistics with your venue coordinator at booking.
Our flower wall is designed for indoor use. It can be used in a covered outdoor space — a canopy, pergola or fully lined marquee — provided the surface is level and the area is sheltered from wind and direct weather. It is not suitable for open-air or grass-surface installation. Contact us if your venue has a specific outdoor requirement.
Installation of a standard panel typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. We factor set-up time into the venue logistics so there is no disruption to your day.
Saturday dates from April through October book earliest — often 9 to 12 months in advance for popular Worcestershire wedding dates. We recommend getting in touch as soon as your venue is confirmed. Midweek and winter dates are generally more available at shorter notice.
Yes. The Wedding House carries full public liability insurance and all equipment is maintained to a consistent standard. We can provide insurance documentation to your venue on request — most Worcestershire venues require this before allowing any external supplier on site.
Yes. We have a showroom in Droitwich Spa, open by appointment, where you can see the flower wall and other hire items before you commit. Many couples find it useful to see the wall in person when planning the overall look of their reception. Contact us to arrange a visit.
We cover Worcestershire and the West Midlands as our core area, including Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster, Birmingham, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon, Malvern, Evesham, Pershore, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Hereford and surrounding areas. If your venue is outside this list, contact us — we will usually be able to accommodate.
A 25% deposit secures your date. A further 50% is due six months before your wedding, and the final 25% is due 28 days before. Your booking confirmation is sent by email on receipt of your deposit.
