Wedding Decor Hire at Shustoke Barn, Coleshill

Planning a Shustoke Barn wedding? The Wedding House has styled 10 weddings here since November 2024, with two more booked.

Shustoke Barn, also known as Shustoke Farm Barns, is an 18th century red brick barn near Coleshill in Warwickshire. It is run by Cripps & Co.

What makes it different is that one barn does everything. Your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening party all happen in the same room. That shapes how we style it. This page covers the turnaround, the tables, the extras couples book, and what they usually spend.

Ceremony Styling in the Barn

The barn is licensed for ceremonies of up to 140 guests. Timber beams, red brick and flagstone floors give it plenty of character already.

So the ceremony needs a clear focal point rather than lots of small pieces. A floral arch at the front, with floor arrangements at the start of the aisle, does the job. See our Aisle Decor for the pieces we use.

Choose pieces that will work again later in the day. Your arch can stand behind the top table at dinner. Aisle arrangements can move onto the tables. Hoods from our Chair Decor range stay on the chairs from the ceremony through to dinner.

Turning the Barn Round After Your Ceremony

After the ceremony, guests head out for drinks while the barn is set for dinner. The Shustoke team turns the room round and moves the pieces as standard.

“Can you help with the turnaround?” is the question our Shustoke couples ask most. Yes, we can. Our team will move and restyle your decor for £150.

Wedding Table Decorations on Rustic Wooden Tables

Shustoke’s tables are normally rustic wooden ones. The wood looks good bare, so many couples skip full tablecloths and use runners or greenery instead.

Classic green and white is the most popular colour scheme here. It suits the red brick and timber. Our Ellie Foliage Range and Jennie Floral Range both work well for it.

Finish each place with Charger Plates and Mats, and Napkins and Rings. For candlelight, we use LED candles and tealights, which give the same warm glow.

Our Shustoke couples have booked every one of our extras at some point. The two booked most are our Post Box Hire and Audio Guest Book Hire.

The Shustoke Barn Package

Most of our Shustoke Barn couples spend between £1,000 and £1,500 on their decor. Where you land depends on the pieces you choose, and whether you book us for the turnaround.

Every wedding is quoted individually. A 25% deposit secures your date. A further 50% is due six months before the wedding, and the final 25% one month before. Browse our packages for ideas.

We set up the day before your wedding when the venue’s diary allows. We unload at the front of the barn. We deliver, install and collect everything.

See our decor up close and discuss your ideas at a wedding fayre or open day.

Step 3: Book a Consultation

Whenever you're ready, book a free consultation in our Droitwich Spa showroom or over Zoom. Whether your wedding is next spring or three years away, it's never too early to talk through ideas.

Step 4: Save the Date & Reserve Key Items

Save the date with a 25% deposit to reserve your items.

Step 5: Relax

Once your items are reserved, you can relax.

Step 6: Review Meeting (Optional)

Need to make adjustments? Schedule a review meeting to go over your booking.

Step 7: Final Plans

Six weeks before the event, finalise your decor, confirm logistics, and discuss delivery.

Step 8: Setup & Enjoy

We’ll handle the setup and collection, ensuring your decor is perfect.
