  2. Floral Ranges and Decor Options Tables: Long banquet-style trestle tables or round tables depending on guest numbers. Use natural linens (linen drapes, muted tones), rustic chargers, foliage garlands, and simple pillar candles or tapered candlesCenterpieces: Low and lush is lovely here so as not to cover the beams’ sight lines. Incorporate flowers, lots of greenery, maybe touches of metallic (rose gold or brushed gold) to elevate.Lighting: The barn already has strong structural character — enhance it with fairy lights or festoons across the ceiling, and candles on each table. Whenever you're ready, book a free consultation in our Droitwich Spa showroom or over Zoom. Whether your wedding is next spring or three years away, it's never too early to talk through ideas.

Step 4: Save the Date & Reserve Key Items

Save the date with a 25% deposit to reserve your items.

Step 5: Relax

Once your items are reserved, you can relax.

Step 6: Review Meeting (Optional)

Need to make adjustments? Schedule a review meeting to go over your booking.

Step 7: Final Plans

Six weeks before the event, finalise your decor, confirm logistics, and discuss delivery.

Step 8: Setup & Enjoy

We’ll handle the setup and collection, ensuring your decor is perfect.

We have a wide choice of floral collections (such as Victoria, Nina, Jasmine, and more). These ranges include ready-made arches, centrepieces, and arrangements that can be customised to suit your colours and theme. We can also create bespoke designs if you’d like something unique.

Do you set everything up on the day?

Yes — our experienced team handles all setup, styling, and takedown. We work directly with Cripps Barn staff to ensure everything is in place on time and perfectly finished.

Can we book individual items instead of a full package?

Of course. While many couples choose our Complete Styling Package, you’re welcome to book individual decor elements — such as just a floral arch, centrepieces, or our dancefloor — depending on your needs and budget.
