The Banqueting Hall – styling Warwick House’s main room
The Banqueting Hall is Warwick House’s main event space, and the room where The Wedding House has the most direct styling experience. It’s a chandelier-lit space with its own bar and dance floor, plus a terrace overlooking the gardens. The venue itself describes it as a blank canvas, and many couples use it for ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception all in one room.
From our own experience styling this room, a few things work particularly well. Tall florals on the tables draw the eye up under the chandeliers and give the room presence without crowding the table itself. Glass charger plates add a sense of grandeur to each place setting, and candles bring warmth as the light changes through the afternoon and into the evening. Floral dressing on the railings also finishes the room nicely, carrying the eye through the space.

For one particularly memorable wedding, we went further still: chair decor, table centrepieces and flowers in the trees outside, for a couple who wanted every part of their day to feel considered.
One thing worth knowing if you’re planning your wedding here: Warwick House provides its own in-house styling for the foyer staircase and for chair dressings, so these are two areas we don’t supply directly at this venue. The venue’s team covers that beautifully, which leaves us free to focus on everything else: florals, table styling, centrepieces, and candlelight.
