Eastnor Castle – nestled in the Herefordshire countryside at the foot of the Malvern Hills, Eastnor Castle offers a majestic and exclusive wedding venue. With its grand architecture, lavish interiors, and lush parkland, the castle offers a luxurious and romantic setting for your special day.

Guests can choose from a variety of ceremony options – whether in the regal Gothic Drawing Room, the grand Great Hall, or on the scenic Lower Terrace overlooking the countryside. The reception continues in style, with drinks on the terrace, dining in the Dining Room or Great Hall, and dancing in the atmospheric Octagon Room.

For a truly immersive experience, Eastnor Castle can be booked exclusively for private use, including access to its 12 unique bedrooms and additional cottages for your guests.  Choose a full weekend wedding and enjoy country pursuits like Land Rover driving, archery, or yoga, plus relaxing mornings in the castle before departure.

Step 2: Meet Us at a Wedding Fayre

See our decor up close and discuss your ideas at a wedding fayre or open day.

Step 3: Book a Consultation

Whenever you're ready, book a free consultation in our Droitwich Spa showroom or over Zoom. Whether your wedding is next spring or three years away, it's never too early to talk through ideas.

Step 4: Save the Date & Reserve Key Items

Save the date with a 25% deposit to reserve your items.

Step 5: Relax

Once your items are reserved, you can relax.

Step 6: Review Meeting (Optional)

Need to make adjustments? Schedule a review meeting to go over your booking.

Step 7: Final Plans

Six weeks before the event, finalise your decor, confirm logistics, and discuss delivery.

Step 8: Setup & Enjoy

We’ll handle the setup and collection, ensuring your decor is perfect.

Yes — our experienced team handles all setup, styling, and takedown. We work directly with Eastnor Castle staff to ensure everything is in place on time and perfectly finished.

Can we book individual items instead of a full package?

Of course. While many couples choose our Complete Styling Package, you’re welcome to book individual decor elements — such as just a floral arch, centrepieces, or our dancefloor — depending on your needs and budget.
