The Wedding House offers prom light up letters hire, chair decor and table centrepieces for schools and colleges across Worcestershire and the West Midlands. We work from Droitwich Spa. We style proms regularly at the Bank House Hotel, West Midlands Safari Park and Stourport Manor Hotel.
We deliver, set up before students arrive and collect at the end of the night.
We hire light-up P-R-O-M letters and light-up numbers for the year. Spell out “PROM 2027” beside the entrance or the dance floor. Students use it as the first photo of the night.
Our Illuminated Individual Letters are 4ft tall. Light-up numbers are £40 each, and we have every digit.
Chair covers and centrepieces are our most-booked prom items. Chair Decor starts from £1.75 per chair. Pick a colour to match your school’s theme or ticket design.
Table Centrepieces and Stands raise the display above the tables, so the room looks full from the doorway.
Our Magic Mirror Photo Booth Hire starts from £399. Students print their photos on the night.
For a prom backdrop, our Flower Wall Hire is 2.4 metres wide and takes a neon sign. Mesh Hoops work well as a second photo spot.
Our LED Dance Floor Hire is £425 for 16ft x 16ft. Ceiling Decor softens a large hotel function room.
We deal with the venue team on access, set-up times and power for the letters and dance floor. Delivery is free to Droitwich Spa, Worcester and Kidderminster. For other Worcestershire venues, the charge depends on location and is included in your quote.
