Fairlawns is an independent hotel in Aldridge, West Midlands, originally a family home set within about 12 acres of landscaped grounds. The venue positions itself as beautifully charming, yet modern, blending traditional character with contemporary interiors to create a flexible backdrop for lots of wedding styles.

Fairlawns offers several event spaces sized for anything from smaller celebrations up to larger weddings. Their main wedding suite is the Garden Room, described as the heart of the celebration: a bright, airy room with wall-length glass doors, lots of natural light, and a neutral palette that suits most décor themes.

Civil ceremonies & wedding breakfast: The Garden Room hosts ceremonies (if you choose a civil wedding on site) and your wedding meal during the day.
Evening party: The same space flips into an evening reception room, with atmospheric lighting, a parquet dancefloor, plus a private bar and adjacent lounge.

A big selling point is the private terrace and walled garden, presented as exclusively yours for the day. The garden is manicured and designed for photo moments, while the terrace is set up to work year-round with a retractable roof, SONOS speakers and fairy lights. The outdoor space also includes features like a rose arch, wishing well, brick steps, lawn-game areas, and relaxed seating for mingling.

Ceremony Styling

Arch / Statement Feature
We place a floral arch or custom structure at the focal point of the altar or front of the barn. Depending on your chosen floral range (e.g. Victoria, Nina, Jasmine, etc.), this could be lush roses, cascading foliage, pampas features, or something more whimsical.

Aisle Decor & Chair Dressing
Coordinated elements such as petals, lanterns, floral urns, plinths, or chair sashes/drapes run down the aisle, guiding guests toward your moment.
